I can not start the second video even I finish this step. I repeated this many times without being able to visualize the second video which included the course. Thank you beforehand to resolve this issue.
Wouldn’t surface roughness and asperities be the same thing? If a surface is rough, it will have asperities.
I can see what you mean. RMS (root mean square) is a measure of surface roughness of a surface relating to the centerline average between the peaks and valleys of the asperities Example: 15μ inches RMS describes a surface profile where the average of the peaks and valleys is 15 millionths of an inch.
