The Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA) and Machine Lubricant Analyst Level III, targets in-plant technicians and engineers responsible for managing the lubricant analysis function. Tasks include team management, test slate selection, setting alarms and limits, sampling system design, instruments and software selection and advanced diagnostics.  As per ISO 18436-4, you have to have achieved the MLA II prior to being able to enroll to take the MLA III exam.

Description

This live, on-line course offered from June 21 to 25, 0600 CST US to 1400 CST US – Total of 40 Hours Instruction is the most advanced oil analysis training available. The course lasts approximately 5 days (40 hours) with breaks. It is also designed to prepare you to take the Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA) AND the Machine Lubricant Analyst Level III (MLA III®) exams with preparation compliant with ISO 18436-4. The course targets in-plant technicians and engineers responsible for managing the lubricant analysis function. As per ISO 18436-4, you have to have achieved the MLA II prior to being able to enroll to take the MLA III® exam.  The cost of the course does not include the ICML or STLE exam fees.   The following is the course outline:
